Our "Know-How" Staff

Meet the people we have here to help you...

  
Jeannie is the primary teacher and gets the classes and clubs scheduled and set up.
     

B.J. is the store manager and primary machine salesperson, so if you have questions about features, pricing, or just want a demonstration, ask him!


Bethney is the do it all, know it all, multitask it all, glue that holds it all together most days. Need advice on your project, she is one of the first people to ask.


James is the primary repair tech. All of our service is done here in store, and for that to happen James has to know a lot about all the machines,
and he does an amazing job. 


Cindy is one of our primary salespeople. She has been around sewing machines for years and is happy to spend as much time as you need
helping you find the machine that is right for you.


Kelly is another salesperson who loves to show you anything you want to learn about a machine. And she is the absolute serger guru here.

Mary Lou helps at the store when she can. She is always smiling and helps keep the store clean since some of us aren't as diligent
about cleaning up the messes we make while doing demos and samples.

Jane is retired... but we begged enough and now she comes to help out a few times a month because she still loves seeing all the friends
she made over the years of running the fabric department, and we are glad to still have her!


And lest we forget, Sassy is the official representative of RSC!

We have several other important people who are here on varying days to teach and help, including Brad, Shaquan, Deborah, Earleen, and others.
Not everyone volunteers when the camera comes out, but they all volunteer to help when you come in the door!
