Don’t let the name on the pattern fool you – these are NOT your daughter’s yoga pants! And these are NOT “at leisure” wear! Silhouette Patterns from Peggy Sagers offers the best “easy-to-sew” pattern for a basic knit pull-on pant that can be dressy casual and comfortable. You will LOVE them! This class with Deborah and Aine will help you select the right size, fit the pattern and make these pants in two sessions.

If you own a border/continuous hoop and have not learned how to use it, or are ready for fun with making continuous designs to use on table linens, sheets, garments or more, learn the techniques in this class with Jeannie.

Each month offers suggestions for creativity-sometimes a demonstration on a machine or using an accessory or technique-and wonderful sharing ideas.

ZenDoodle is a very popular “art” these days, and this does it in thread. Anita’s Express pack offers several styles with tutorials and Pat guides you into hotpads or trivets--very stylish!

This seminar, presented by Ed Skulski from the Brother company, will fill you with information and ideas for becoming, or improving, your embroidery as a business. Tax information, advertising, pricing and special techniques will be shared. We include information and specials using our PR machines--those are the big ones that only embroider, and are easy to use for bags, hats and jacket backs. Sign up to attend, and plan to be here on March 11th, 10 to 1:00

Several have asked for a class to create a unique quilt from tee-shirts, and Susie has a lot of experience doing these. She will share ideas, lead you in cutting, backing and stitching your top and how to handle those stretchy fabrics and make the most of your special shirts.

We try our best to offer classes for many of our machines, and offer free group classes for those purchased here in several categories. If you have questions about your machine, please take a look at the basic classes offered or call the store for help. Machine owners who did not purchase here may pay to take these classes.

Cost: $ 45.00
If you attended the Westalee Seminar in November--or want to learn more about using the special foot and rulers while free-motion quilting, come to this class with Jeannie to practice and get the basics under control.
